Include
- An identifiable person
- Writing in the first person
- A durable policy or disclosure about their own AI use
- Explicit commitments, boundaries, or responsibilities
Exclude
- Tutorials, workflow walkthroughs, or case studies
- General articles, opinion, news, or advice
- Organizational or product policies
- Third-party descriptions
- One-off examples or passing mentions of AI use
Method
The source itself must present the person's ongoing policy or disclosure. A first-person workflow alone does not qualify. Policies are summarized, not scored or certified.
